User study in Brazil for leading mobile phone company

Loop UX did a user study in Brazil with 13 participants for a world leading mobile phone company.

The study was a combination of contextual research in participants’ homes, concept tests and usability tests.

The study was part of an iterative integrated UX design and user research projects, where the results from the study were used in the design work.
