Global user research and design project in 5 countries for leading mobile phone company

Loop UX did an iterative integrated design and user research project for a world leading mobile phone company.

As part of the project we conducted user studies in 5 countries.
The studies were conducted in India, Denmark, Brazil, Kenya and Tunisia with 70+ users.

The studies were a mix of contextual user research in participants’ homes, concept tests and usability tests.

In parallel with the user studies we iteratively improved the design concepts and the interactive prototypes.
