User study in Kenya for leading mobile phone company

Loop UX did a user study in Kenya for a world leading mobile phone company.

We interviewed 13 people in Nairobi about their usage of mobile phones, and user tested innovative mobile concepts with the participants. Most of the interviews were done in the users’ homes and combined with contextual research.

The study was part of an integrated iterative design and research project with user studies in 5 countries.
