Our team members are based in Copenhagen, Denmark and Austin, Texas and represent a wide range of personalities, cultures, and professional paths.

Lene Leth Rasmussen

Founder & Chief Experience Officer

Back in 2011 Lene saw a growing need for support in international UX Research & Operations, and that’s when Loop UX was born. Now, as the company CXO, Lene marries her passion for LGBTIQ activism with business and works continuously with putting inclusive research on the agenda.

Line Christensen

Chief Executive Officer

Line is the company’s CEO, a role she took over from Lene in 2021. Always challenging status-quo and open to new ideas, Line’s main focus is leading a modern workplace and strengthening our collaboration with clients and partners alike. She is a morning person by heart and is ready to take meetings at 6 am if needed.

Sherry Hammonds

US Operations & UX Research Project Manager

Utilizing her years of both product and agency experience, Sherry is in charge of running our US Operations. With Iranian roots, a childhood in Sweden and the past 20 years in Austin, Texas, Sherry brings a diverse cultural background as a great additional asset to the team. In her free time, Sherry enjoys hitting the gym with her daughter and cultivating her passion for photography.

Rikke Rasmussen

Chief Operating Officer

Rikke started working for Loop UX in 2016 as one of the company’s first employees. Now the COO, Rikke runs everyday operations with equal skills in Excel, logistics and HR, supporting the team in executing projects around the world. Rikke practices Danish folk dance and passes on this passion to kids at summer camps every year.

Anthony Holm

UX Research Project & Account Manager

Anthony is Loop UX’s most senior Project Manager and always a go-to for creative problem solving or for planning cultural immersion activities. His curious nature has sent him into the field with clients in lots of countries from South Korea to India and Germany. Anthony is also an expert in the numbers 1-75 as one of Denmark’s most notorious drag bingo hosts.

Alexander Christoffersen

UX Research Operations & Project Manager

Project Manager, Operations Manager and Information Security Officer. Alexander wears many hats and has a talent for diving into complex materials and making sense of everything GDPR and data related. When time and weather allow it, Alexander can be found on the disc golf courses around the city playing with friends and always trying to break his personal record.

Zdenek Klein

Senior UX Research Coordinator & Video Editor

Zdenek is from Czechia and works as a Senior Project Coordinator & Video Editor. In addition, he is the company tech wizard always ready to troubleshoot or test new tools. Zdenek is also a photographer who enjoys driving around Europe chasing scenic landscapes with his camera.

Maria Borup

Copy Editor

As a Copy Editor, Maria’s main focus is to make sure that reports are grammatically fine tuned and easy to read. Maria works part time, so she also has time to work with her personal passion in increasing awareness about neurodiversity and celebrating differently wired brains.

Ishrath Badureen

UX Research Project Manager

As a skilled Project Manager with a background in Brand Management, Ishrath has worked with clients on projects in a lot of different fields and markets before entering the world of qualitative research. Ishrath is from Sri Lanka and uplifts our lunch breaks with tales about the beautiful beaches of his homeland and his mom’s roti bread.

Anna Paulina

UX Researcher & Project Manager

Anna is from Latvia and moved to Denmark to study a Master's degree in anthropology, before joining our team as a UX Researcher & Project Manager. Apart from her passion for creating and researching human experiences, she's always on the lookout for new exciting food places and events and is our go-to for inspiration on where to eat or what to see.

David Hausberg

UX Researcher & Project Manager

David is the team’s in-house German. With a background in Applied Cultural Analysis, he works as a UX Researcher & Project Manager where he is especially passionate about the intersection of user research and (emerging) technologies. David is also very creative and enjoys creating things from laptop stickers to lamps or really anything in between.

Corey Worley

UX Researcher & Project Manager

Corey moved to Austin, Texas to be a part of the team, and he was the first employee at the company’s US office. Not easily put in a box, Corey has an interdisciplinary background in classical music performance and psychology, which has taken him to live in France to perform and to conduct research around the world. You can catch him in local cafés or hunting for new music to listen to.

UX Research Project Manager

With years of experience from design and marketing, Victoria knows how to execute high quality projects and has seamlessly adapted her skills to the UX industry. Born and raised in Oklahoma but with a strong Brazilian background that doesn’t go unnoticed. In general a homebody who enjoys spending time with her dog Yuki, but also an avid world traveler always looking for new beaches or cities to explore.

Kat changed her career path from software development to UX research, which has equipped her with a blend of technical skills and a robust research toolbox to execute user research of any kind. When Kat is not busy digging into other people’s behavior, she loves a good bargain and can be found on the hunt around the thrift stores in Austin.

Born on the East Coast, raised in the South, Molly has spent the past years getting her degree in Psychology from the University of Texas in Austin. With knowledge from academia and real world experience, Molly is passionate about using her background in Psychology to improve technology and user experiences, and she has currently taken a special interest in VR. in her free time, Molly keeps her bartending skills fine-tuned with occasional shifts at a local jazz bar.

From Brownsville, Texas, Diego grew up with one leg in Mexico and one in the US. Today, an Austin resident and a Student at The University of Texas, Diego is studying to get his degree in Sociology with the hopes of building a career in UX design. His passion for design knows no end, and Diego will never pass up an opportunity to participate in a Designathon with his fellow classmates on his own time.

Though she claims her goal is not to become an astronaut, Santa currently studies for a Master of Science in Earth and Space Physics at the Technical University of Denmark. A degree that together with her background in Industrial Processes and interest in photography and digital marketing gives her a broader skill set than most. A skill set that comes in handy, as Santa supports our Project Managers with a wide variety of tasks across multiple projects every week.
